A Step by Step Guide to Your Children’s New School

1. We begin the process with an initial consultation call, where our Client Account Manager will introduce the Education Specialist. This expert will then be able to familiarize themselves with any given family’s current situation and requirements, including late applications (9 months or less in advance of the school term of entry) they will share detailed knowledge of the educational options available to you and help navigate the UK education system.

2. Once a target area has been identified, our Education Specialist will research the many options available, speaking directly with schools or nurseries and admission representatives to establish placement availability or waiting times, as well as discussing the registration and application processes. They will also look at Independent School Inspection reports and other reputable sources of information on each establishment. Our Education Specialists have a plethora of school profiles and information already on hand and can add real value, especially when additional information is needed, as gathering details from the relevant education settings can be extremely time-consuming and confusing.

3. An unbiased report of shortlisted schools is presented to your family of our full findings and recommendations, this will enable us to work together to establish a sensible and realistic school application order and start registering. We often find that our clients are short on time, and so our aim is to apply to as few schools as possible and to get an unconditional school place offer as soon as possible.

4. Once initial schools have been chosen and school registrations are made, our Education Specialist will liase with schools to organize entrance exams and interviews and conduct interview practice in advance if that is necessary.

5. The family’s Education Specialist will be on hand throughout to answer any questions and upon completion of the exams will work with you until you have a school place offer.
